"Every shoe that I made is like a son" – Giuseppe Bettanin
Handcrafted shoes, handmade, "like we did at a previous time"...yes, but they also need to be with the times.
This is the basic rule of Bettanin & Venturi's thought: handmade shoes, but updated with todays taste. This is the only way to achive the best results.
Cutting, assembling, sewing, colouring, polishing...each of these phases has manuality in common. But this is not enought to define quality. We need to move forward, that is to improve ourselves. Only when manuality will be followed by improvement we'll reach real Quality.
It's probably one of the most distinctive feature of handcrafted product. Indeed, only an handmade product can be personalized (even in a detail) to make that shoe unique.
